Director
Maz Wyllie

Maz has an “infectious energy” and is dedicted to providing holistic health solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Maz is passionate about promoting the correlation between physical and mental health and has developed a unique and incredibly powerful set of tools which she applies across her work, enabling others to achieve success in the challenging times in which we live.
Her experience as a health promoter, educator and motivator, and the use of this unique toolset has enabled Maz to prevent suicides and heart disease and to treat obesity, diabetes and severe mental health disorders – all without the use of drugs.  Through her work, she has developed opportunities to build lives with meaning, direction and purpose – Lives worth Living.
Maz has designed and directed hundreds of sporting events, she has conducted corporate coaching and team building sessions instigating change, reflection and a fresh focus.  She has worked with kids with serious illnesses, creating hope and energy, worked with adults with learning difficulties providing empowerment and building confidence, and facilitated adventure therapy sessions for young offenders and kids affected by extreme trauma.  Maz has served with the British military, in the Army Medical Reserves, and worked as a Cadet Instructor.  Maz has also used her powerful toolset to work with people affected by PTSD.
Maz also spent four years teaching Health Science to Emirati students, preparing them for a career in the the medical field.
Maz has strong social and ethical values, and was Founding CEO of a powerful UK social enterprise.  She has also founded a number of sporting groups providing life-changing opportunities for tens of thousands of people.

Having survived childhood Leukaemia, and extensive life trauma, Maz learned at an early age the extent of her own mortality and the value of embracing every moment of life.  This gave birth to the motto by which she lives and works – “Life Is For Living.”

In addition to her Management Degree, Maz studied Health and Fitness in Edinburgh and qualified as a fitness instructor.  Working later as an outdoor instructor she identified the powerful potential that outdoor sports have in providing opportunities for personal development and for changing lives and relationships.  This early knowledge has shaped her training and career and led to her fascination in the science and art of resilience and it’s links to holistic health.  She is currently writing a book on the subject.
Promoting health and providing opportunities for development and ultimately self-fulfillment, has become a core part of Maz’s life, values, identity and goals – Because, “Life is for Living!”

The energy with which you embrace life is both inspiring and humbling
