LIFL Health Coaching Packages can be varied to suit your needs. Packages include…
- session by session bookings
- Block booking of 10 sessions.
- Corporate bundles where sessions can be purchased in bundles of 25, 50 or 100 and can be used by any member of authorised staff. Each staff member is treated as a private client and granted full individual confidentiality.
- Book a regular onsite “Health Day” each week or fortnight allowing staff to book into available coaching appointments.
